Like, binding one thing on keydown and another on keyup?
Keydown binds so you don't have to get carpal tunnel imo.
Keydown binds mean a rock could play some classes in PVE.

shits old, like what most people use is keyup as in when you push down and release the command is sent. on default you'll see the button blue highlight when its keydown. usually we unconsciously que up shit by pushing down then retargeting and letting up when gcd is up.
Play Bynis' priest on tich so I don't have to carry tom/raithat

Macaroon has had keydown binds forever now, get with the times.

Well, there apparantly used to be a function called: ActionButtonDown(id) but for some reason blizz has made it protected, thus not callable. Wich is annoying.
